Framed Artworks: All artworks are sold framed unless otherwise stated. Framed artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they are protected during delivery and arrive in excellent condition. 

International Orders:

• Unframed Artworks: Shipped rolled in high-durability protective tubes.
• Stretched or Framed Artworks: Shipped in custom-built, reinforced wooden crates to prevent movement or impact damage during transit.

Yes. All artworks are fully insured by Gallery Direct until they are signed for at the delivery destination. We assume full responsibility for the artwork during the transit process.

While shipping is free, international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific rate information prior to purchase.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this 24-hour window, the logistics and crating process begins, and we are unable to accept further cancellations.

We offer on-site professional installation services for clients within South Africa. For international collectors, we provide detailed hanging instructions.
